Amendment #1323 to H4400
DCAMM Land Use Study
Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:
"SECTION XXXX. "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) to conduct a study to determine proper, safe and realistic land uses for State owned property in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, including but not limited to entities under the jurisdiction of: Bunker Hill Community College, Mass Department of Transportation, including the MBTA. This study should include, but not be limited to, the feasibility of waterway access, pedestrian access and other multi-modal transportation needs in conjunction with major transportation and development projects that are ongoing."
