Dairy Farm Tax Credit

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Ashe of Longmeadow, Barrett of North Adams, Cutler of Duxbury, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Ferguson of Holden, Hogan of Stow, Kane of Shrewsbury, Keefe of Worcester, Mark of Peru, McKenna of Webster, McMurtry of Dedham, Muradian of Grafton, Murray of Milford, Orrall of Lakeville, Schmid of Westport, Scibak of South Hadley, Stanley of Waltham, Vega of Holyoke, Walsh of Framingham, Whipps of Athol, Williams of Springfield and Kelcourse of Amesbury by inserting, after section 16, the following sections:-

SECTION 16A. Subsection (o) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 723, the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- $6,000,000.

SECTION 16B. Section 38Z of chapter 63, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 28, the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:-$6,000,000.
