Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after "2019" the following: "provided further, that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for a new world class memorial of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$799,361".
