Amendment #135 to H4400

Regional Transportation Authority Funding Increase

Representatives Barrett of North Adams and Pignatelli of Lenox move to amend the bill in section 2E, in item 1595-6370, in line 3, by inserting after "Laws", the following:

"in an amount of the FY2018 appropriation of $80,400,000, plus $8,410,000 which is the amount equivalent to one percent of the penny of sales tax revenue dedicated to the MBTA as certified by the Office of the Comptroller as of March 31, 2018";

and in said item by striking out the figures "$80,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$88,810,000."
