Chelmsford Signage and Wayfinding

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after the phrase “March 15, 2019” the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for a signage and wayfinding program in the town of Chelmsford as part of a project to improve the pedestrian, bicycle and public parking areas and the multi-use pathways in Chelmsford center”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$363,176”.
