Dukes County Substance Misuse and Detox Program

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4512-0200, by adding at the end the following:

"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to fund a substance misuse and detox program in Dukes county administered through Martha’s Vineyard Community Services.".
