Employees Protections in Collective Bargaining

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford and Hunt of Boston move to amend the bill in section 13, in line 124, by inserting after the period the words, “The director of the internal special audit unit shall adhere to the procedures and terms of all collective bargaining agreements, including procedures for personnel investigations, between the department and recognized employee organizations.”.
