Ms. Tyler of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019, in the final line of the line item by inserting the words, "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a job readiness program at the Madison Park Technical Vocational High School to be implemented by the National Youth Development Council, Inc”.
