Amendment #1378 to H4400

Juvenile Bail Notification

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill by adding the following two sections:

"SECTION X. Section 39H of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 16 and 17, the words “, in consultation with the probation officer,”

SECTION XX. Subsection (a) of section 67 of said chapter 119, as amended by section 76 of chapter 69 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “notify” the following words:- “the bail magistrate and”.
