Franklin County Opioid Task Force

Representatives Mark of Peru and Whipps of Athol move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8910-0108, by inserting after the words “Franklin sheriff’s office” the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the Opioid Task Force of Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region; provided further that $100,000 shall be provided for a pilot program for training active bystanders; and provided further,  that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Franklin County Opioid Education and Awareness Task Force”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$16,073,632” and inserting thereof the following figures “$16,623,632”.
