Amendment #1382 to H4400

Berkshire Opioid Task Force

Representatives Mark of Peru, Pignatelli of Lenox, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Barrett of North Adams move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8910-0145, by inserting after the word “office” the following: “provided that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Berkshire County Opioid Education and Awareness Task Force” and in said item by striking out the figures “$17,991,414” and inserting in place thereof  the figures “$18,241,414".
