Emergency Food Assistance Administration

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 2511-0105, by inserting after the words “the Massachusetts emergency food assistance program” the following: “; and provided further, that the department may assess an administrative charge not to exceed 2 percent of the total appropriation in this item”.
