Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0012, in line 16, by inserting after the following: "2018" the following: "provided further, that no less than $1,750,000 shall be expended for METCO Inc. of Dorchester"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$22,142,582" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$23,800,000"
