Greenfield Library

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7000-9501, by adding the following: "Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, there shall be a pilot program for Hub Libraries established in the City of Greenfield, a Hub Library defined as those libraries that serve a significant proportion of clients from surrounding communities containing a population of fewer than 5,000, and shall be reimbursed at a rate not less than 75 percent."
