Amendment #1399 to H4400

Home Care Assistance Eligibility

Mr. Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill, by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Section 74 of chapter 6 is hereby amended by inserting the following new provision:- "Notwithstanding any laws to the contrary, the home care assistance services facilitated by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission shall serve individuals ages 18-65."
