Amendment #143 to H4400

Representatives Calter of Kingston and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4510-0600, by adding the following: “; and provided further , that not less than $120,000 be allocated to the town of Halifax for testing and treatment of cyanobacteria and related contaminants in Monponsett Pond”.
