Caribbean Integration Community Development (CIDC) Pilot Program to Address Haitian and Caribbean Homelessness

Mr. Cullinane of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7004-9316 the following item: XXXX-XXXX “For the Caribbean Integration Community Development (CIDC) organization to develop and implement a pilot program to address Haitian and Caribbean homelessness with a multi-lingual and cultural sensitive approach to connecting currently homeless individuals and individuals who are at-risk of becoming homeless to wrap around services including, but not limited to, housing rights advocacy, resources facilitating connections to affordable housing options, and hosting regular proactive community information sessions in collaboration with housing and homeless issue area experts”………………..$85,000”
