Veterans Park

Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 25, by inserting after the words "urban parks" the following: "provided further that no less than $500,000 shall be expended for a new veterans park in the City of Lowell. Said enhancements will include design and construction"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$40,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$40,500,000".
