Amendment #163 to H4400

Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 4, by inserting after “development;” the following:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for LuminArtz for the design, preparation and production of public art displays;”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$263,176”
