Amendment #164 to H4400

An Amendment Requiring Licensing for Special Education Advisors

Mr. Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXX. The Special Education Advisory Council shall be tasked with drafting regulations on the training and licensing of Special Education Advisors to be referred to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education."
