Amendment #165 to H4400

An Amendment to Ensure Adequate Funding for Towns Negatively Impacted by Shortfalls in Federal Impact Aid

Representatives Gordon of Bedford, Vieira of Falmouth and Hunt of Sandwich move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7061-0029 the following item:

"7061-0033   For a reserve to assist towns negatively impacted by shortfalls in federal impact aid for the education of children in families employed by the federal government on military reservations located within the town's limits….$1,300,000."
