UMASS Memorial Emergency Medical Services and Tactical Support to the Massachusetts State Police STOP Team

Mr. Donahue of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8100-1001, by inserting after "January 31, 2019," the following: “provided further, the department shall execute a service contract with UMASS Memorial Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for no more than $60,000 for emergency and tactical medical support services for use by the UMASS Memorial Emergency Medical Services staff in performing said services"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$281,420,645" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$281,480,645”.
