Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, by adding the following: "; provided further that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for building upgrades and the installation of optical preemption equipment for the Town of Agawam’s Fire Department Building located at 800 Main Street.".
