Intersection in Ludlow

Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by adding in line item 7008-0900 the following: "provided that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for analysis and needs assessment and that $1,200,000 shall be expended for equipment and improvements of the Fuller/Chapin and Cady/Fuller intersections in the town of Ludlow".
