Implementing Youth Mental Health First Aid Across the Commonwealth

Representatives Kane of Shrewsbury, Nangle of Lowell, Muradian of Grafton, Crocker of Barnstable, O'Day of West Boylston, Golden of Lowell, Frost of Auburn, Kuros of Uxbridge, Ferguson of Holden, Gifford of Wareham, Higgins of Leominster, Zlotnik of Gardner, McKenna of Webster, Muratore of Plymouth, Cutler of Duxbury and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line number 22, by inserting after “regulations” the following: “provided, that not less than $125,000 shall be provided to Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services, Inc. for the organization’s continued implementation across the Commonwealth of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s program, Youth Mental Health First Aid”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$90,310,078" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$90,435,078".
