Amendment #233 to H4400

P.L.A.Y (Planned Learning Achievement for Youth)

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4800-0038, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the planned learning achievement for youth program in Amherst, in collaboration with the department of elementary and secondary education, through an interagency service agreement.”

and in said item by striking the following figures “$297,006,577” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$297,056, 577”
