Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507 by adding the following: "provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for improvements to the William J Bresnahan Scouting and Community Center Inc in the Town of Ashburnham;" and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,100,000”
