Amendment #259 to H4400

Easthampton Park Improvements

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following:-

“provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for improvements to Millside Park in the City of Easthampton.”

and in said item by striking the following figures “$3,400,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$3,475,000”
