Town of Sterling E-Permitting

Representatives Naughton of Clinton and Ferguson of Holden move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1790-1701, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that no less than $40,000 be provided to the town of Sterling for the implementation of an online, E- Permitting program”.
