Amendment #289 to H4400

District Local Technical Assistance Cap

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 2XXX of Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the phrase “, but not more than $2,800,000 in the aggregate in any fiscal year,”.
