Vietnam Wall that Heals Project

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616, in line 1, by inserting after "memorials” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Fitchburg for creation of a Vietnam Wall that Heals Project”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$150,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$200,000”.
