Representatives Garballey of Arlington and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5042-5000, by adding the following: “provided that the department shall expend not less than $150,000 for the Arlington Youth Counseling Center”; and in said item by striking out the figures “90,310,078” and inserting in place thereof the figures “90,460,078”
