Amendment #305 to H4400

Feasibility study of exit between exits 8 and 9 of Turnpike

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION X. The Department of Transportation shall conduct a feasibility study of building a new exit between exits 8 and 9 of the Massachusetts Turnpike. The department shall submit its findings to the Joint Committee on Transportation and to the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means no later than January 1, 2020”.
