Amendment #307 to H4400

An Act providing appropriations for a land purchase by the Town of Holland

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following:

“; provided further, that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the acquisition of land known as the Sichol Property, by the Town of Holland.”.
