Amendment #308 to H4400

An Act regarding the Massachusetts Rail Plan

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION X. The Department of Transportation shall raise the Western Massachusetts to Boston Passenger Rail Service Study and the Palmer Station to Tier 1 priorities in the 2018 State Rail Plan.”.
