South Coast Youth Courts of New Bedford and Fall River

Representatives Koczera of New Bedford, Cabral of New Bedford, Fiola of Fall River, Haddad of Somerset, Markey of Dartmouth, Schmid of Westport, Silvia of Fall River and Straus of Mattapoisett move to amend the bill in section 2, after item 7061-9611, in line 30, by adding after “partnerships” the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the South Coast Youth Court programs of New Bedford and Fall River to support juvenile diversion programs based on the principles of peer-led restorative justice"
