Amendment #316 to H4400

Echo Bridge

Representatives Balser of Newton, Khan of Newton and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0100, by adding the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton for the purpose of hiring an historic preservation consultant to work with the City of Newton Planning Department to drive the application for National Historic Landmark status for Echo Bridge,” and in said item by striking out the figures “40,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “40,025,000”.
