Amendment #318 to H4400

Crystal Lake

Representatives Balser of Newton, Khan of Newton and Lawn of Watertown move that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 2810-0100 by adding the following:

“provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton Parks and Recreation Department for the purposes of protecting and preserving the environment of the shoreline and water quality of Crystal Lake in Newton, a Great Pond under MGL Chapter 91,” and in said item by striking out the figures “40,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “40,100,000”.
