Amendment #324 to H4400

Northwestern District Attorney Anti-Crime Task Force and Child Abuse Prosecution

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0340-0600 by inserting the following language at the end thereof:

“provided further that no less than $299,700  shall be expended for the Northwestern District Attorney Anti-Crime Task Force and child abuse prosecution”, and in said item by striking the following figures “$6,356,861” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$6,656,561”
