Amendment #325 to H4400

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, by inserting:

“provided further, that not less than $90,000 be expended for the purposes of a juvenile firesetter intervention and prevention program in Hampshire and Franklin Counties, the Town of Athol, and the City of Holyoke”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$90,310,078” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$90,400,078”.
