Amendment #326 to H4400

Northwestern District Attorney Child Abuse Prosecution

Mr. Scibak of South Hadley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0340-0600 by inserting:

“provided further that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Northwestern District Attorney child abuse prosecution”, and in said item by striking the following figures ”$6,356,861“ and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$6,506,861”
