Amendment #332 to H4400

On-Site Academy

Representatives Zlotnik of Gardner, McMurtry of Dedham, Garballey of Arlington, Silvia of Fall River, Ferguson of Holden, Hay of Fitchburg, Higgins of Leominster and Naughton of Clinton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by adding the following: "provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be allocated to the On Site Academy to provide training and treatment programs for correction officers for critical incident stress management"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$630,072,710" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$630,272,710".
