Hingham Fiber Optic Resiliency

Representatives Meschino of Hull and Murphy of Weymouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2000-0101, by adding the following: “; provided further, that the department shall allocate not less than $100,000 to the Town of Hingham for the implementation of a new municipal fiber optic cable network”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$2,193,999” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$2,293,999”.
