Head Injury Treatment Services
Mrs. Ferguson of Holden moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4120-6000, by striking out the figures “$16,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$18,200,000” and in said item by adding the following: "Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) shall fund community based services, a multiservice center, transitional support services and support services, subject to the availability of funds”.
