Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by inserting after “private organizations;" the following: “provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be granted to the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton for employment positions for at-risk youth within their YEP! We Can Summer Program".
