Domestic Violence Resources Salisbury Police Department

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1130, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the purpose of providing resources for domestic violence investigations for the police department in the Town of Salisbury”.
