Pelican Intervention Fund

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200,  by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for the purpose of seeking sustained recovery for adults fighting addiction for the Pelican Intervention Fund located in the City of Newburyport”.
