Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-0005,  by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to provide computer equipment for the science, technology and mathematics department of Newburyport Public Schools in the City of Newburyport”.
