Newburyport Pioneer League Field

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be expended for field and safety improvements of the Pioneer League Field located in the City of Newburyport”.
