Boys and Girls Club of the Lower Merrimack Valley

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7061-9611, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of providing resources for prevention programs and scholarships to the Boys and Girls Club of the Lower Merrimack Valley located in the Town of Salisbury”.
